• Studies on the Effect of Chronic VI-28C Treatment on mitochondrial Anti-oxidant and Functional status in various Tissures as well as Red Cell Superoxide Dismutase Activity of Male and Female Rats.
  VI-28 could increase red cell CuZn-SOD activity as well as mitochondrial ATP generation and antioxidant capacity in various tissues of male and female rats. The dual effect of VI-28 could prevent the age-related diseases.
• Report on Chemical Analysis of Steroid Hormones
  The report shows VI-28 is not adulterated with any chemical steroid hormones.
• Research report on myocardial protective effect of VI-28 against ischemia-reperfusion injury
  VI-28 could enhance myocardial mitochondrial glutathione antioxidant status. It can also offer protection against tissue damage caused by Ischemia-reperfusion. Preconditioning of the heart by VI-28 treatment could prevent us from chronic ischemic heart diseases and myocardial infarction.

  VI-28 possesses antioxidant potential in scavenging free radicals. VI-28 pretreatment protected against free radical induced tissue damage by sustaining mitochondrial glutathione redox status under oxidative stress condition.
• Study on anti-aging and immunoboosting effect of VI-28, a formulation of medicinal herbs, on aging female BALB/c mice
  VI-28 has immunoboosting effect. Certain components in VI-28 have hormonal effect to thymic epithelial cells, thereby helping the regeneration of lymphocytes in vivo. It may cause hormonal changes in the body, thus blocking thymic involution process indirectly.
• VI-28 treatment induced alternation of gene expression in human lymphocytes
  This study provides a global gene expression pattern of immunological/inflammatory factors in human cells treated by VI-28. The treatment induced gene expression of a number of proinflammatory cytokines that are important in both innate and acquired immunity.

  Over 75% of the subjects showed improvement in stamina, increase in libido, and amelioration in frequent urination during night time.
